Cooperativa produttori Latte e Fontina
Cooperativa Produttori Latte e fontina was founded in 1957 with the aim of collecting, ageing and marketing the par excellence agricultural product of the Aosta Valley: fontina PDO. There were 46 founding members initially, which have today risen to 200 including private companies, cooperative cheese factories, dairies and pastures. The cheeses delivered by the members in 1958, the first year of operation, were less than 40,000, while today this number has increased to approximately 300,000.

The De Bosses ham factory was born from a friendship: that between three entrepreneurs, who together with the municipality of Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses (the last inhabited center in the Aosta Valley before the border with Switzerland) decided to enhance the "Vallée d'Aoste Jambon De Bosses DOP”, the famous raw ham of the Alpine region. The love for local food products and the desire to spread the knowledge of this traditional salami all over the world have meant that the De Bosses ham factory saw the light in the homonymous municipality in the Aosta Valley.

Laurent Ottoz lived in the Aosta Valley at the end of the 19th century. In 1875, still a child, he emigrated to France, where he first started working in a distillery and later founded the Café des Alpins in Marseille.
His interest in liqueurs reached its peak when he returned to Aosta and here, at the beginning of the 1900s, he began to produce the Alpine Liqueur Elixir Génépy, which soon became famous throughout Italy.
In 2005, the Ottoz liqueur brand was acquired by the St. Roch distilleries in Quart, in Valle d'Aosta; today, together with Levi Distillati, Ottoz du Val d'Aoste represents one of the leading brands of the Aosta Valley distillery.

The Saint Roch di Quart distilleries are considered the oldest distillery in the Aosta Valley. It is a company that produces distillates and liqueurs and is particularly known for its production of grappa and genepy, a traditional liqueur from the Aosta Valley based on alpine herbs. Among the flagship products of the St Roch distilleries, grappa, artemisia genepy, raspberry syrup and the various genepy st roch stand out.

Les Amis du Bois is an artisan company from Introd, in Valle d'Aosta, which is dedicated to the creation of wooden objects, typical of traditional Aosta Valley craftsmanship. This small company was founded in 1974 and is famous for the production of Val d'Aosta wooden cups, namely the Valle d'Aosta grolla and the cup of friendship, two of the symbolic objects of the region and of local artisan production. The company also produces awards and trophies for events and shows on request.

It is a family-run company: Nicoletta Coda Zabetta and Paolo Peraldo, the owners, are supported in the management by their son Giacomo. Having moved to Valle d'Aosta from Biella, Nicoletta and Paolo are known throughout the territory for the vast range of quality dairy products and for the different ages to which they subject their cheeses (washed rind, with mites, flowery rind, with a moldy crust…).
