The Bossolein is of high-quality uncooked ham, born from the meats of farms and slaughterhouses of the Italian PDO circuit. Perfect to enjoy with different combinations, the Bossolein De Bosses reached its peak of flavor when served fresh, with whole bread and butter. A pepper spray on the slice enhances the flavors, simple and primordial, and allows to identify the flavor of the pork with a slightly salty mark.
The birth of De Bosses Srl is the result of passion for fine meats, three friends and businessmen, in collaboration with the Municipality of Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses, married an important project for the enhancement and the distribution of a special product, with an history dating back to 1397, and closely linked to the culture and to the popular traditions of this area of Valle d'Aosta: the Vallée d'Aoste Jambon de Bosses DOP
