The unmistakable taste of a typical liquor of the Valle d'Aosta produced, according to the most ancient tradition, from a rare alpine grass: the génépy (Artemisia Umbelliformis), which combines in itself the ruggedness of the mountains, the freshness of spring waters, and the sweetness of the Alpine slopes.
Traditional liquor of the Valle d’,Aosta, with a strong and decisive character but soft and pleasant taste, it is produced according to recipes of the past, from the rare alpine grass gé,né,py. By virtue it is both an aperitif and digestive.
